  1. INTRODUCTION

Please read these Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) carefully as they govern your use of our services and this website craftresumes.com (our “Site”).

By using this Site, placing an order, or making payment, it is deemed that you have read and agreed to these Terms. These Terms include, and hereby incorporate by reference, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and other relevant agreements, located on the Site, as they may be modified from time to time. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Site or access the services.

Subject to the conditions set forth herein, we may, at our sole discretion, amend these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. Any revisions to the Terms will take effect on the noted effective date.

Service Provider. The contents of this Site are provided by Cyber Circus Limited (“we,” “us,” “our,” “Company”), a legal entity established under the laws of Gibraltar, having its registered office at Gibraltar, Main street 5-9, GX11 1AA.

We provide resume and career-related services (collectively, the “Services”) on this Site, including but not limited to:

  • Resume editing;
  • CV writing;
  • CV editing.

Additional Services that can be purchased separately or included in packages:

  • Cover letter writing;
  • Thank-you letter writing;
  • Follow-up letter writing;
  • LinkedIn profile makeovers;
  • KSA (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) writing;
  • Career coaching.

The outcome of these Services is a customized document (the “Product”), written based on the instructions you provide, for your personal, non-commercial use.

  1. JURISDICTION LIMITATIONS

While we strive to comply with all applicable laws, we inform you that the use of our Services may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are not residing in a jurisdiction where our Services are prohibited. We reserve the right to close your account if we discover that you have violated this provision.

  1. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To access most of our Services, you need to create a personal account. When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and any activity under your account will be your responsibility.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

  1. USER CONTENT

The Site allows you to submit content such as personal details, documents, and communication regarding your order (the “User Content”). You are responsible for ensuring that all User Content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of any third parties.

By submitting your User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license to use, distribute, store, and modify the content as necessary to provide the Services.

  1. ORDER PROCESS

To place an order on craftresumes.com, please follow these steps:

To place an order on craftresumes.com, select your career level (Entry, Professional, Executive/C-level, Military, Federal, Academic) and the type of service you need (such as resume writing, resume editing, CV writing, CV editing or a specific package with additional services included). Add your main instructions for creating the career document and, if needed, select additional services like cover letter writing or LinkedIn profile makeover. After confirming your order, proceed with the payment, and your order will be assigned to a suitable writer.

  1. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We strive to deliver high-quality services to our clients. However, we understand that certain situations may require a refund or cancellation. Please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully.

1. Full Refund

You are eligible for a 100% refund in the following cases:

1.1 Order Cancellation:
If you decide to cancel your Order before a writer is assigned or within 20 minutes after placing the Order, you are entitled to a full refund. After this time frame, only a partial refund may be issued (see section 3).

1.2 Duplicate Payment:
If you accidentally paid twice for the same Order, we will issue a full refund for the second payment, provided you inform us promptly. In cases where two identical Orders are placed and paid for, we will assume you need both to be completed. Please notify us within 20 minutes of placement to rectify the situation.

2. No Refund

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

2.1 Completed Orders:
No refunds are possible once the Order status is marked as “finished.”

2.2 Lack of Valid Proof (LOV):
If you are unsatisfied with the Order but fail to provide valid and detailed proof to support your refund request, we cannot process your claim.

2.3 Download Issues on Your End:
We are not responsible for technical issues or other problems that prevent you from downloading the completed Product.

2.4 Missed Deadlines Due to Client’s Delay:
If the delivery date was missed because you provided insufficient materials or were unavailable for communication, no refund will be given.

2.5 Invalid Email:
If the email address associated with your account is incorrect and we are unable to reach you regarding your refund request, we cannot proceed with processing the refund.

3. Partial Refund

In certain cases, a partial refund may be offered:

3.1 Partially Completed Orders:
If the Product is only partially completed based on your agreement with us, a partial refund will be issued, proportional to the amount of work completed.

3.2 Unused Additional Services:
If additional services were paid for but not used or no longer required, a partial refund will be provided for those services.

4. Revision Policy

4.1 Timeframe for Revisions:
Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving the initial draft. If no feedback or revision request is made within this period, the Order will be considered complete. All revisions and the final approval must be completed within 30 days from the date the first draft is delivered.

4.2 Revision Limit:

  • General Rule: Clients are entitled to two rounds of revisions within the 30-day period after receiving the first draft.
  • Extended Revisions: For clients who maintain consistent communication with their writer, up to three rounds of revisions may be allowed to ensure complete satisfaction. Revision limits may also vary depending on the package purchased.
  1. PRODUCT LICENSE

Upon the delivery of the Product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the Product for personal purposes only. This license does not include any rights to distribute, copy, or commercialize the Product.

You acknowledge that we retain full copyright of any Products delivered to you. Any unauthorized use, distribution, or modification of the Product is prohibited and may result in legal action.

  1. WEBSITE CONTENT

All content on the Site, including text, images, design, code, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors. You agree not to copy, distribute, or modify any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our Services or the Site. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you have paid for the Services in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. TIMELY COMMUNICATION

We are committed to providing you with the best possible resume writing experience. To ensure smooth communication and a successful collaboration with your assigned writer, we kindly request your active engagement throughout the process.

  1. Providing Feedback on Drafts:
    Upon receiving the first draft, you must review and provide feedback within seven days. If feedback is not provided in time, we may consider the draft approved. Any additional revisions requested after the approval may incur extra charges.
  1. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

  1. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gibraltar.

  1. GENERAL

Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Services and the Site.

Severability. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Assignment. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another entity without your consent.
