Don’t be flustered when you see all the to-do lists and must-haves before, during, and after an interview. There are already too many things to keep in mind about your demeanor and general look, how much more if you include all your research about the company?

Too much clutter? Relax. Take a breath. Unblock your mind. Preparation is key to success. If you wing your interview, it’ll show. Take your time to prepare. You’ll definitely need all you can get, especially if you want that job. Show that want and that passion. But take care not to make yourself look desperate. As with everything, there is a balance. Strike it.

It’s up to you whether you nail that job interview. Don’t just do your best. Do it like it’s your last.
